· Jody's job is simply to help people make good decisions about buying and selling homes. Good decisions

· We have put together a solid, experienced, hardworking, caring and knowledgeable team of professionals
who have been there before, know how to make positive things happen, and make all of the difference in the
world when it comes to buying, or selling, a large asset – your home.
· Jody's role is to maintain an overview of our day to day operations, and guide them with experience, knowledge, and insight.
· Much of what he does involves positioning, pricing, and marketing of the homes that we list for sale. Knowing the market
helps a great deal in getting homes sold!
